Drive Shafts

The Drive shaft (central shaft) is a mechanical component for transmission of torque and rotation. It is usually used to connect other mechanical parts of the drive system, which cannot be directly connected due to the distance, to allow relative movement between them.

This shaft is made up of the tube, joints and sliding joint. The diameter of the tube depends on the transported torque. The sliding joint consists of an inner and an outer spline (frame), which allows the center axis to vary in length.
